You can invite your bookkeeper or business partner to have access to your Halon Private Client dashboard if you choose to.  This article explains how to do that.  But first, please make note of the difference between adding a partner or a bookkeeper.

Accountant User:  Select this if you are giving access to your bookkeeper or financial accountant.  An accountant user cannot enter information or change, they can only view corporate returns and info on the dashboard.

Partner/Shareholder User:  This type of user is considered another owner of the business.  They will be offered personal tax returns and tax planning and will have a dashboard of their own with their personal information along with the business data.  They will not see your personal tax data.

To add a user, first login to your Halon account and click on the HPC Dashboard for the appropriate business from the My Returns page.

Next, click the HPC Settings link at the top right of your dashboard screen

In this screen you can enter the email and cell phone for your bookkeeper or accountant and then select Create User at the bottom.  The user will then receive an email with instructions for how to login,
